Reach profit target to move to funded account
End of day trailing drawdown. Account balance must be maintained above drawdown limit at anytime. Drawdown stops trailing when drawdown reaches starting balance. (e.g. in 100k account when drawdown reaches 100,000 from 97,000 account, it stops trailing)
Do not exceed the maximum number of contracts for each trade
Close positions and orders 10 minutes before the corresponding market closes. Equity indices, 4:50 p.m. EST, New York
Best day cannot be more than 30% of profit target
Trade only permitted products.
Should trade only front-month contracts (most volume, not about to expire or already expired)
Do not trade or have open orders 2 minutes before and after major economic tier 1 releases in evaluation and funded

Caution / Prohibited: Taking advantage of the simulated fills, exploiting the lack of slippage, trying to game the system, employing disruptive practices (conduct prohibited by the CME rules), spoofing, layering, using automated systems to scalp at an extremely high frequency, exceeding 200 trades in a day, entering multiple orders at the same price at the same time, trading in gapped, illiquid markets to profit from stray fills; trading outside the best bid or offer, trading in concert with other persons, simultaneously entering into opposite positions; cirumventing geographical restrictions, using VPN or VPS; strategies that last a few seconds aiming for a couple of ticks at a time, often entering with tight bracket orders to enter and exit within a matter of seconds; and others. Once you reach profit target in the evaluation the account is reviewed
You can either choose Funded Sim or Funded Live account. If a trader chooses Funded Sim, you will be in that account until you reach $5000 in profits after which you will be moved to funded live account.

EOD trailing drawdown freezes when it reaches starting balance
No consistency requirement
Scaling rule: The trader has access to same number of maximum contracts as in evaluation. As trader accumulates profits, for every $2000 the limit increases by 1 mini. For example, with 50k account, you start with 5 contracts, and if your profits are $2000 you could trade 6 contracts ($4000-7; $10,000-10 .... maximum 25)
Slippage rule: If funded live balance moves within $500 of drawdown, all positions will be liquidated intraday and trading is shut for the day. In the following session you would be able to trade with 1/10 contracts. From this point forward the above scaling rule comes into play (Start with 1; $2000-2; $4000-3....)
