Intraday Live Trailing Drawdown. Account balance must be maintained above drawdown limit at any time. Drawdown stops trailing once it reaches starting balance and does not change for the rest of your evaluation. For example, in a 50k account drawdown trails from 47,500 till it reaches 50,000 after which it stops trailing.
Do not exceed the maximum number of contracts for each trade
Consistency: In evaluation traders must have 3 trading days net profits equal to 80% or more of the best days profit. Traders must demonstrate the ability to trade in a consistent and regular trading pattern

Express Account: Traders who have had funded accounts terminated can fast-track their next evaluation and receive funding after 5 trading days. Express accounts are limited to 1 funded account at a time.

Limited number of maximum contracts for micros during evaluation (below the ratio of 10:1 micros/minis). While funded you can request micros in the ratio of 10:1.
Commissions costs are $2.50 and $1.00 each way for Minis and Micros respectively. While funded, it is $2.04 and $0.60.
Multiple accounts: Up to 3 evaluations accounts at any time. Can have up to 3 funded accounts simultaneously.
Copy-trading is permissible across your multiple funded accounts and must be used solely for the purposes of risk management and strategy diversification.

Adhere to the Dynamic Scaling Targets based on Cash On Hand value (R|Trader Pro) at the beginning of the trading session. Buying power for the day remains the same. Also after withdrawal, lot size will be adjusted accordingly
Traders must have a positive net P&L greater than the initial starting balance at the end of 15 calendar day intervals for the first 90-days. Warnings issued if account balance is below the initial starting balance.
Cannot trade 1 minute before and after high impact news for the corresponding product.
Must maintain a minimum weekly total trade execution of no less than 50% of trades in evaluation. Get approval from funding partners if you expect extended inactivity.
Funding partners have a 2 strike policy for violations, such as not adhering to the Dynamic Scaling Target or trading during news. But violation of other rules would be subject to immediate termination.
